"Oasi del Sogno" is a true Wellness and Fitness center featuring swimming pool with upstream swimming, cervical massage and underwater jets for lumbar and lower limbs massages, water-bikes and water-runners, fitness room, relaxation area with water beds and chromotherapy, infrared rays and vapor-hay Biosauna, turkish bath, finnish Sauna, Biodream, massages and beauty rooms. Dedicate some time to yourselves. Enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, let yourselves be pampered and recharge your energies. SWIMMING POOL

It is more than swimming-pool: it is an aquatic fitness as it is equipped with countercurrent swimming, neck massaging functions , underwater jets to massage lumbar and lower limbs, hydrobike and hydrorunner. Aquatic fitness brings together many of the physical activities, where the benefits of physical exercises combine in water the known therapeutic effects of swimming and generate  an extraordinary healthy combination. Fitness practiced in water , making use of the natural resistance of the water, helps you lose weight , improve your flexibility, tone and strengthen muscles. The aquatic fitness of “ Oasi di Sogno” is suitable for all those who in addition to spend a few hours to relax, would  also like to keep fit while having fun.

 

FITNESS

"Oasi di Sogno" features a small but well-equipped gym. On request, you can also have a personal trainer who will assist you in the development of specific programs aimed at improving your physical condition, resistance and proprioception. The exercising programs are held either in the fitness room or in swimming pool, depending on your needs, and they can also be combined with“Biodream” treatment and or hand massages.
